Hello, My tenant agreement has ending and I have served my tenant section 21. Unfortunately she still hasn’t left my property; I told the estate agents I don’t want to do business with them and I also served the estate agent two months notice. It says on the tenancy agreement that I can end estate agent giving them two months notice. I have spoken to my tenant that I want her to pay her rent money into my accounts and she refuse it and said that she want to stay with the estate agents.

My question is can tenant refuesd to pay the the landlord and stay with the estate agent? When the landlord has ending the tenant and estate agent contract?
