I have two tenants living in the same property under a joint AST tenancy agreement which has lapsed to a periodic.

The tenants have just receievd an electric bill for £913 from September 09 - March 10.

One of the tenants is due to vacate the property and is not willing to pay her share of the outstanding/overdue bill, is there anyway that this money can be deducted from her share of the deposit?

I look forward to reply soon.
