I am taking a case to the small claims court and the defendant has just emailed me to say that she has forwarded my emails to her solicitor and I should now send all correspondence to him.

Can you confirm that I can correspond with her solicitor direct and also that it is ok to correspond via emails bearing in mind some of the emails may need to be used in my court case.

Do I need to consent to this arrangement or give consent to correspond by email with the solicitor.

Teresa Cooper.
