I currently hold a fixed mortgage on my house where I have lived for over 10 years. Its due to expire next january. I am looking to let my property beforehand and move elsewhere..

I know I have to inform the mortgage company but will they change the product? Will they charge me and early redemption fee? What type of information will they ask me for? and why do they need to know? Will they want a copy of a tenancy contract?

Just trying to prepare myself.

Thanks
