Rent payment date different to tenancy date

I have tenants due to move in on the 14th of the month, but who which to pay the rent on the 30th of the month. If I agree to this, am I likely to have any problems in the future when the tenancy ends or if I have to serve a Section 21 in the future? An AST will be put in place.
