I am about to rent a flat which I own as a leashold property.

Not that it is relevant to my question but the flat was previously my mother's residence.

The head lease is held by a management company which is run by the residents.

I have confirmend that the property insurance held by the management company is not invalidated by me sub-letting.

I have tried researching Landlord Insurance and most, if not all, of these seem to be written around insuring the fabric of the building.

Obviously there is the question of whether or not I take out rent insurance, but my real question is that, if the flat is let unfurnished, and the head lease insurance covers the property, what form of Landlord insurance, if any, do I need?
