I have a property that has a 8th shared responsibility, according to my deeds an 8th share of a water closet which is now used as a bin area. My property is not attached to the bin area. I have received a letter from the council saying i am responsible for this area with two other properties only, and i must clean the bin area or i could face a fine. I viewed the area and someone has fly tipped in there with beds, sofas and carpets etc. Does anyone have any information on how best to deal with this? I have contacted the council who issued he notice and said i would be willing to take the furniture to the local tip but they will not allow this, as they see as trade waste!! If i was to get a couple of skips this would cost over £300 but I don't want to be in this position again. Please help!!!!!!!
