We have 2 converted flats which two seperate parties own half the freehold. There is a downstairs flat which is owned by the other freeholder but has rented this out to someone with a narcotics problem and various other disturbing trends towards our tenant. Our tenant has now given notice after just 3 mths. We have spoken to the other landlords but unfortunatley she is now not returning our calls. Our agent has asked for a meeting with her agent via email but we still have not heard anything. Please could you give advice on how this dispute can be solved as out agent is saying that if the downstairs tenant stays our flat is unrentable. Please could you email me as soon as possible or telephone Karl on 07958 642834 to see which procedure would be best.
