Hi Guys

I have a tenat (who is disabled) who has been in my proerty for 4 years. However she wants to stay longer and asked for a 2 year agreement.

i am happy to put together a 2 year deal for her.

I explained that a 6 months ast agreement is all she needs because i have no intention of selling my property.

But she is adamant she wants a 2 year agreement put in place.

Can this be done please?

if yes, what would you recommend doing?
