Hello,
Can you please advise me! A friend of mine has a houseshare with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom on 2 floors and there are 4 tenants on 1 AST. Can he fill his final room with a separate indivdual and provide a separate AST for this person. If so will this them be a licensed HMO?
