For the helpdesk

I served a section 21 (4)(A) by special delivery

Tenant was not in but collected it from the post office later that day. They signed for it and electronic proof is available for the sigature and I have printed it off.

The notice was served at the property and then collected by the tenant at the post office where they signed.

Can I now consider the noice as served or is there a risk of a technical problem when applying for the court order N5b ?

Thanks Decay
