I have a House that has a staircase which has a very steep incline and when advertised I often have enquiries from families with young children because I worry about young children falling down the stairs I tell them that the property is not suitable for them.(some become annoyed)
There are lots of similar houses with similar stairs in the area.
Should I worry about this or could this be viewed as discrimination?
