Should I accept housing benefit tenants?

Hi
Over the years I have always rented to working people or students.

I currently have a prospective tenants - a couple one of whom works and the other is on mat leave.

They currently get housing benefit.

Can anyone point me towards any info on the obvious pitfalls of HB tenants, what to look out for, how to set things up etc?
