My wife & I own some properties jointly and she owns some outright. How would we draw up a document changing the jointly owned ones to be owned solely by her?

We don't want or need to purchase the other's share as the only reason for the joint ownership was for the purposes of a mortgage so it would be a transfer of title rather than a sale.
