I let my property as unfurnished as I believe it is better. I have some tenants going in soon, a young couple who have little in the way of their own. I have a few things I am happy to put in the property for them to use, namely a dresser, a wall mirror and possibly a table and chairs. If I put these or any of these items (even just the mirror), will the let then be classed as part furnished? I understand it is harder to get people out of furnished properties should I need to. If any of these items go in is it still the standard AST agreement and what would change other than the fact I have put something in the property?
Regards
Jeannette
