I know this may sound daft but i'm finding it really difficult to get myself, my business partner the tennants and a witness together at the same time to sign the agreement. the more properties i have the more this causes problems. i noticed that on a tenancy agreement that i had when using a letting agent that a witness was not used. can i decide not to use a witness or get them to sign it on their own at a different time?
