my six month tenancy agreement is up,.... I had arranged to visit the tenant at the property to renew the agreement for another six months, she wasnt there leave msgs with babysitter to contact me, one of the children said they were going to move out feb??? and im still waiting to hear from the tenant i have visited the property again rang, letters etc for her to contact me or sign for another six months and post it back to me.this has been going on just under two months...

she is on housing benefit so the rent comes straight to me, but just worried what to do next ? thanks
