I have a married couple on a 6 month tenancy. After just one month they are wanting to seperate. The wife is asking for a new tenancy with the husband removed.

I have said I would agree to doing this on the terms that the husband puts it in writing that he would like to be removed from the tenancy and would be moving out of the property by a said date.

Is there anything else I should do
