Go on the gov web site and input "condensation". They will tell you, you require heating and ventilation to avoid normal condensation. However if there is extra moisture in the property from laundry or ingress of water from a defect in the structure, the problem will be far worse.

You can buy anti mould paints sold by Johnsons the decorator merchants. It will help in the future but will not resolve the problem by it self.
