service charge co

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to know whether the landlord need to remind service charge co.,like Rendall to send invoices to the landlord on time.
or whether it is the duty of the management co, to send the invoices on time. That's why I pay their whole a/c's team to send me the invoice on time.
Secondly, have I the landlord have the right to question/ask any unfamiliar items (plumbing charge, key fob) that appear in my invoice. My Management co., is threatening me to pay some unfamiliar items in my invoice within 7 days, so I deducted those items which were unfamiliar items and sent the cheque only for the Service charge and with an query for those items. My cheque has returned back to me.
Where can I get some advice?
