My tenants have so far been OK. The tenancy comes to an end this month. They say they do not want a new agreement but just an extension as they do not want to be tied in for 4 month as with usual agreements. I do not mind this and am willing to extend with 2 months notice being necessary on either side for it to end. Will I get into trouble by doing this. Is it safe?. please let me know.
