I have a property to let which a lady with a wheelchair may be interested in. The property is a bungalow and, although recently renovated, has not been done so with wheelchair access/disabled use in mind. If I do enter into an agreement with her, does she then have the right to start asking for adaptations to be made, or does she just have to accept it as it is? Does anyone know what the law is on this one? Thank you.
