just wondered what my postion is if my property becomes invested?

My tenant mentioned they had seen a couple a few weeks ago in the kitchen area, the house has been let out for 4 years and i have never had this problem. I know the girl shops a lot for fruit & veg at street market in Brick lane, so not sure if she has brought it in with her shopping.

Is it my cost or hers if there turns out to be an investation?
