I am in the process of decorating a recently purchased property, which when finished will be occupied by my daughter and a few of her University friends.
One of the bedrooms has a gas fired combi-boiler installed in it.

My questions - Can the room be used as a bedroomn (IE regularly slept in, or is the presence of a boiler in a bedroom against regulations ?
