Forgot to mention in my previous message also in solicitor letter it state "Our clint and her family heve suffered distress, inconvinience, loss and injury as a result of the defects"

also " In addition, pieces of concrete have fallen of the roof onto our client's car causing damages. We take the view that you are in breach of your repairing obligations both implied and expressed in our client's tenancy agreement. Please provide us with your proposal for compensation"
