I have flat in mainly owner occupied block.
Managing Agents very unsatisfactory...lazy, no responses to complaints (I have one outstanding for 2 months now), rude, arrogant ...you name it.

Many owners would like to do one of the following:
1.change agents to another estate agent of their choice
2.run the block cooperatively and have no agent as such
3.buy the freehold and run the block

They have asked me for advice on the issues but its not something I have dealt with before
