Hi, not sure if anyone else fell foul of Astonbrook and being owed money by them.

My situation is I rented a single property to them until the end of May this year when I was given a months notice as the company taking over from them didn't want to take my property on to their books. I have been paid the final amount that was owed for the time the property was occupied but am still owed just under £1000 for the notice period. When I speak to Astonbrook they say it is down to Baker Tilly and when I speak to Baker Tilly they claim that the Home Office has stopped any further payments being made.

My thoughts are that as Astonbrook still appear to be open - not sure if they are running other contracts - then it is they who should make payment.

Can anyone offer any advice on possible options open to me.
