I am a new landlord and am about to complete my first tenancy agreement (which my solicitor provided). My first property is aimed at the Benefit Recipients. I heard from another landlord that if you put the words:

" Contract Subject To full payment of bond by xx/xx/2010 date" (which is usually paid weekly), then if the Tenant does not pay the bond in full the tenancy contract is not completed and therefore the requirement to go to court to get them out is not nesessary.

Is this the case ?

Many Thanks
