We have tenants who are without heating as the boiler has given up. New boiler is going to be fitted,(been a week already without heat and running hot water) Landlord has provided a couple of electric radiators, they are asking for a rent reduction, just wondered your opinion on what might be reasonable. Property is very cold and damp but without effective radiators there is little tenants can do. Thank you
