Hi Nick,
You can be assured the RLA tenancy agreement is legally deemed acceptable, there are no unfair terms and conditions hidden away in it and it has been awarded the Crystal Mark for its use of easily understood English by the Plain English Campaign. As you are employing your agent, by all means insist he uses the tenancy agreement which you prefer and which you feel most comfortable with. Clearly, there is no need to pay your agent for using their agreement. Kindest regards,
