My insurance company will not pay out after the living room ceiling came down.it has taken two months of them dragging their feet and a useless claim management company not doing a thing.
It would appear that the damage was caused by over bath shower running down seal at the side of the bath and then to the ceiling bellow.
They have informed me I am not insured for gradual damage such as this.
What is the point in landlord insurance when your not there 24/7 to keep an eye on things.
Anybody else had a similar experience.
