A gentleman bought 2 apartments from us in 2010 and we offered a package where as I would look after the aprtments for him dealing with finding new tenants etc. However the 2 year package has now expired and the gentleman still would like me to look after the apartments for him dealing with the rents, tenants etc as he is away with business quite a lot. Obviously I am not prepared to do this free of charge so I want to draw up a property management agreement and take 10% of the rent each month. Can you advise me as to how I can acquire an agreement form or should I draw up my own?
I have never done this before even though I look after my own rentals so I want to make sure that eveything is agreed properly not just by word of mouth!!

I look forward to hearing from you forthwith
