My tenant has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for importation of coccaine. On arrival at the property I discover two women, one of which claims to be his partner and a flat full of his personal belongings including large pieces of furniture. The flat was only let to the one person who is in prison.
Can you clear up the following:
1. The women have no legal right to be in the property and they should leave but if they do not how do I get them removed ?
2. His belongings - 9 years will be some storage cost - where do I stand with overcoming this ?

Cheers
