I have a house with 5 students on individual AST agreements. One student will leave on 31st March as agreed, and I wish to re-let the room. However, I have taken out a joint AST agreement with a group of 5 different students for the next academic year, starting on 17th September. This obviously does not leave the required minimum of 6 months for an AST agreement. Can I use a form of licence for the 5.5 months I have left or can you offer any suggestions and maybe a template agreement? Thank you.
