Tenants residing in property, contracts ends 10th Sept 2010. Receiving repossesion notices and now a court date next week. Paid in advance 6 months. Advised by the solicitor acting that the contact is void as the legal owner of the property is not as stated on the tenancy thus making tenants rights void under tenancy law. can tenant be legally evicted on date of repossession ?
