I was just surprised that the Council can give me 5 days'notice of their stopping payments, virtually immediate notice, but apparently that's the current legislation.
Also, I have been told that now the rent would go straight to the tenant;my tenant told me a few months ago that the money had been spent and there was none left for the rent!
I don't think many landlords will be keen to these terms, can anyone see any plus sides to this compared to normal letting?
