Had a situation at a small shared house where I supply the white goods. A while back a tenant left the property complete with a washer-dryer as his parting gift to me. Another tenant asked if we could install his washer in the meantime to which I agreed.

This tenant has now moved out and a new tenant has moved in and says that someone he knows is looking to sell a washer-dryer. The washer-dryer was apparently PAT Tested last November. Would I have to get this appliance tested again as it would be moving from one address to another or would last November's test cover me?

Many thanks for your help!
