What is the prescribed information to be given to a tenant or anyone else who pays towards the deposit.

If money is taken as a holding deposit to secure the property does this have to be treated in the same way. A holding deposit may be returned less admin fees if the let does not go ahead, however it is likely to turn into the deposit if the let does go ahead.
