Hi

Worth checking (if you haven't already done so) if there is a communal Sky dish on the building that the tenants could switch to.

Call the managing agent of the building or the freeholder and ask what their intentions are as it'll be them taking the sky dish down if the tenants fail to. If there is a fine/ penalty associated with this then relay this into a letter to your tenants also pointing out the clause in your tenancy agreement that says they can't erect any dishes without prior consent from Landlord.
