Renting out personal house - whilst away travelling

Hi all,
I am planning a bit of travelling this year, and already have one house i rent out, i am planning to rent my peronal house out whilst i am away, and thought the furnished route would be best and try to appeal to local workers (power station decommision)as they are only there monday to friday, some have asked that it should be fully managed as in cleaned etc. who would pay council tax? is there any pitfalls to be aware of? any good pointers?
