Hi there,

We have a house with 5 professionals sharing. We would like to serve notice to one of the tenants as she is creating bad feeling with the others and has already triggered one to leave.

Tenancy was initially for 6 months, started on 28 February 2009 and is now periodic. Section 21 was signed correctly when tenancy began.

As we have never done this before is it just a case of writing to give 2 months notice?
