What is the fare way to increase rent on existing tenants?
I have them in my property for almost one year with no problems, however we all know the inflation has risen considerably. My understanding is using the "Retail Price Index" (RPI). Will this be based on yearly average or last available rate from "office of National Statistics” (at present July 2011 @ 5%)
