Hello,

Does anyone have any advice on the best way to deal with the above property management company, there poor customer service ad excessive charges. There is a small parking courtyard of 8 garages and 8 parking spaces, they have very little to do but charge us a fortune!

Also, does anyone know how you go about getting rid of the management company and taking it over as residents?
