I HAVE A FOUR BED HOUSE, WITH TWO BATHROOMS AND TWO KITCHENS.THERE ARE TWO ROOMS PLUS A KITCHEN AND BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR, AND SAME LAYOUT ON THE ABOVE FLOOR. THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY LET BT THE ROOM.

THE LOCAL VALUATION OFFICE HAS INDICATED THAT IF I JUST LET IT TO TWO PEOPLE AND THEY EACH HAVE USE OF THEIR OWN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM ,THEN THEY WILL VIEW THE PROPERTY AS TWO UNITS AND APPLY TWO LOTS OF COUNCIL TAX. IS THIS CORRECT?

THE HOUSE HAS NOT BEEN CONVERTED TO TWO FLATS AS I WANT TO KEEP MY LETTING OPTION OPEN
