My tenant has been advised that he is due to go to prison. He is now late with his rent, although only a few days, he is being held in custody and i can not contact him. He was renting with his girlfriend any they were on seperate contracts, they are both out of the fixed term and she has handed in her notice. However, i am now stuck with all him belongings in the house. He is paying no rent and i can't relet the house as they furniture belongs to him as well. What should i do?
