can you tell me what this is exactly. I am getting conflicting advice from two electricians one of whom thinks (for example) the diswasher and washing machine won't be included in this as that's not his idea of 'portable' and the other who thinks I should include everything electric, with a plug I suppose. It's a bit confusing.
