Recommended RLA company not reliable

I have recently used an RLA-recommended service for gas and electricity work.

Unfortunately, this person has turned out to be unreliable (not turning up for scheduled appointment) and also had to be reminded before he took into account the RLA 10% discount.

What's the procedure for 'dis-recommending' a service that is currently recommended on the RLA site?
