Dear Helpdesk

I am managing a property in west London. The Landlady lives in Dublin. I have tenants moving in next weekend. What do I do about getting her to sign the Agreement? Does she sign one copy and the tenants sign the other, or do they both sign two copies of the same one. Do I need to post it to Dublin and wait for it to come back?
