housing benefit will not discuss any details of tenant even after receiving letter from tenant authorising this.Tenant 3 months in arrears, they say prove it and then they will start paying me.
Which makes me realise how vunerable i could be.
I do not want to be sending bank statements about.Is the old Rent book a good idea .
