Hi

we have owned a property on Chimney pot park salford for about 3 years now, we have now been told that we need a license costing circa £400.

Can anyone shed any light as to the reason for this

there reason for why this is needed is

"Selective licensing of other private dwellings where the local authority considers it will benefit tenants and communities, in areas of low demand and/or areas with problems of anti-social behaviour"

The area has extremely high demand and there is little anti social behaviour going.

regards

paul
